EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT $50.00 per person if signed up before May 1, 2025.
Prices are per person. If you choose not to go to the truck race deduct $20.00 per person.
A $200 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the final payment being due by 6/15/25.
A $30.00 per transaction administration fee will be charged if your reservation is canceled. Deposits are refundable prior to 60 days before the tour, minus any monies already paid by BLT. Cancellations 45-60 days are subject to a $75.00 per person per day fee, plus any fees already paid by BLT. No refunds within 45 days of the tour.

9:15 - Depart Heritage Hotel, 500 Centerville, Road Lancaster, 17601.
Lunch at the Harbour Grille, Woodbridge, VA.
Check into the Hampton Inn, 705 England St, Ashland, VA 23005.
Pick up any “Meet us in Ashland" guests.
Depart for Richmond Raceway.
Arrive at Richmond Raceway. Qualifying and Practice times TBD.
7:00 - Craftsman Truck Series Driver Introductions.
7:30 - Craftsman Truck Series Race.
Return to the hotel after the race arriving at approximately 9:30.

Day 2 - Saturday, August 16th
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart for Richmond Raceway.
Arrive at Richmon Raceway.
3:30 - 5:00 - Tailgate party at the bus.
7:00 - NASCAR Series driver introductions.
7:30 - Richmond Cook Out 400 NASCAR Cup Series Race.
Return to the hotel after the race arriving at approximately 12:30 AM.

Day #3 - Sunday, August 17th
Breakfast at the hotel.
9:45 - Meet out front with your luggage for a 10:00 AM departure.

3:40 - Arrive Lancaster.
4:30 - Arrive Willow Street.
